League points update

The league points are now updated to include the East Anglian Open weekend - just one points meeting to go. Please go to the results page to download the latest version.

Eastern Open Challenge update

The Eastern Open Challenge points are now updated to include round 4 at Invicta - well done to all that braved the conditions to complete this event. Just one round to go now, St Neots on 23 October. 243 drivers have scored points so far, but only 18 have scored in more than two rounds - which means that a lot of drivers are still in contention for trophy positions if they attend the final round.

St Neots Autograss sends our best wishes to our Vice Chairman Tony McKenna for a full and speedy recovery. Our thoughts are with you and your family Tony.

THE BOB ROBINS MEMORIAL TROPHY

Saturday 9 July 2011

Retro Fun Day

Racing in the old style - you'll get one "normal" heat with a straight line start (this counts for club points for SN members), then two more heats with "handicap starts". If you win your first heat you'll be on grid 1 for the second heat, which is at the back, while grid 8 is at the front. More cars on track, more laps, like the good old days. For the third heat you'll be handicapped based on your best result from the first two heats. Trophies will be awarded on points over the three heats. There'll be extra open racing after the heats if it's wanted. Note that if you run over any cones there'll be no green flags issued - instead you'll be fined 50p per cone hit (all proceeds to charity, of course)

Pages to the People

The St Neots club's "Cannon" logo originates from the club's long-time meeting place, The Cannon pub in St Neots town centre - now long since refurbished and re-opened under a new name. The club now meets at the RAF Club in Huntingdon Street, St Neots, but the Cannon lives on as the club's distinctive badge.
